When my doctor recommends physical therapy, do I get to choose my provider?
Yes! You have the right to choose your own physical therapists. Many of our patients come to us through physician referrals. However, many clients specifically request to see us due to the excellent reputation in the community we achieved by providing the highest quality of physical therapy care available in greater Houston.
What do I need to bring to my first visit?
Please bring:
-ID
-Insurance card
-Prescription from your doctor
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
What should I do if I cannot make it to my appointment?
We ask that you please call the appropriate location and let us know within 24 hours if you know you will not be able to make it to your appointment.
What do I wear to my physical therapy visits?
We suggest that you dress comfortably and wear tennis shoes.
Does your facility accept my insurance?
We accept most major health insurances including Worker’s Compensation and Medicare. Please call one of our locations before your first visit if you have a question regarding your specific health plan.
